Hao Xin

Resgisterred Art Psychotherapist

Hao Xin is an art psychotherapist registered under The Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) in the United Kingdom. She graduated with a Masters in Art Psychotherapy and is currently undertaking training in the Clay Field Therapy® for children – a sensorimotor approach that uses clay to support healing in children. With experience working across a broad range of age groups—from young children to adults— she offers both individual and group therapy. Her therapeutic approach integrates various creative techniques, including painting, clay work, collage-making, scribbling, and doll-making. She has worked with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, self-esteem issues, as well as refugees and children with ADHD and autism struggling with emotional regulation.

With a background of working with marginalized communities, Hao Xin is passionate in empowering individuals to rediscover their voices through creative expression. She believes that every story is unique. Giving these stories a shape or form can offer profound healing, especially when words are not enough. When those stories are truly seen and heard, we can often uncover incredible resilience within us.
