Trainee Counsellor

 

Ching Ching is a trainee counsellor and she is currently pursuing her Masters in Counselling from the HELP University.

Ching Ching’s approach in therapy is based on Person-Centred Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy, which emphasise the importance of acknowledging, understanding and transforming emotional experiences. In her sessions, she will take time to explore your emotional experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together with her, you will make sense of your experiences and she will help you find the clarity you need to heal and move forward.

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, pulling us in different directions. It’s easy to feel caught in a web of doubt, vulnerability and despair. Yet, she has always been awed with how resourceful and resilient we humans are when faced with challenges. Sometimes, all we need is a little support or compassion to draw strength. Other times, we just need a safe emotional resting place to regain inner stability. As your counsellor, she hopes to provide you with just that – a space where you feel safe to explore your deepest emotions, and experience healing and growth. She believes as we feel secure, seen and heard, we can approach life more confidently, hopeful and purposeful. We are here to journey with you.
