Clinical Psychologist

Cloyee Wong is a clinical psychologist with a deep interest in supporting people through challenges in their lives' journey. Cloyee's clinical practice is guided by the ethos that people are doing the best that they can, and they can do better and build a life worth living. This principle stems from dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), a therapy approach that has influenced her both personally and professionally.

Cloyee received her Master of Clinical Psychology from HELP University, and is a registered psychologist with Malaysia Society of Clinical Psychology (CP1-0341). She has received training in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and DBT. She has had experiences working with clients from diverse age groups and backgrounds, such as adults, adolescents, and families. She values cultural sensitivity in her clinical practice, and her practice is LGBTQ-friendly. In recent years, Cloyee has co-delivered several DBT skills groups (for clients with issues ranging from depression, anxiety, eating disorder, and borderline personality disorder) in English and Chinese. She is also a certified provider of UCLA PEERS school-based training for adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
